Once you have successfully connected each colored node to its corresponding end spot, a door will open, revealing a small area with the sword at the center of a pile of skulls. Grab the Blade of Oppressed Souls, along with the Waking Mind, and don’t forget to loot the nearby skeleton for additional rewards.
When you enter the Necrotic Laboratory and interact with the green console, you will encounter four colored nodes and several grey ones. Your task is to connect the two sides by selecting each colored part, clicking the grey nodes, and creating a path to the end. Pay attention to prevent any overlap between the paths.
